I had a cyst that became infected on the side of my breast. It did not respond to antibiotics or creams and stayed the size of a golf ball with 1 ˝ inch bruise encircling it. It was so sore I couldn’t wear a bra for 2+ years. I found some bags of Foods Alive Flax Crackers to try as a non-sugar snack (I am diabetic). They tasted so good I had trouble not eating too much. Inside of 2 weeks I had run out of crackers and, I happened to notice in the mirror that my cyst was almost gone! It had shrunk to the size of a pea, almost no bruising was left and the soreness was gone! IN TWO WEEKS TIME! Oh yes, one other thing – fiber of course – my Irritable bowl Syndrome is a thing of the past. Thank you for thinking up these crackers.

so delicious plain, but i like to use them as a vehicle for cream cheese, I also was able to use them with some of my crostini recipes.
or i can just munch on them right out of the bag, until they're all gone.

Duuuuuuuuuuude!
These crackers are the bomb!!!
Healthfood is big here in Oregon and no one has healthy snacks like these.
I enjoy them not being overcooked(the nutrients are actually still there!)Most products that are "Organic" are still over cooked or proccessed.
I can feel the difference in the first bite.

I purchased your Organic Golden Flax delicacies, Mexican Style, in the fall of ’04 at a Low-Carb store in Eden’s Plaza, well Wilmette, IL. I loved them! I am a diabetic so I used the flax crackers as a replacement for bread in a tuna melt “sandwich.” What a gourmet treat! Then I found many other delicious ways to serve them.
I test my blood sugar daily. I began to notice a modest sudden decline in my blood sugar level. That was strange! What was causing the improvement? Then I realized that the crackers with the zing which I ate because they perked up my diet were beneficial in lowering my blood sugar.
Delicious, nutritious, and an aid to overall good health. What more can I say?

I saw your crackers at the 3 Rivers Food Co-op in Ft. Wayne and took a chance on them. All I have to say is WOW--totally great!! I am a chocoholic, trying to find good substitutes for my addiction. I had chicken pox at 18 and used Flax Seed Oil topically to clear them up. I had tried camomile lotion, oatmeal bathes, everything I could, but the flax seed is what cleared them up and quickly too!

Family members stubborn about trying flax crackers? ...Put a couple of the Mexican Harvest crackers into a mill or just crush them any way you can, and then put the crushed crackers into taco meat. The flavors seem to blend so well that my family never knows! (Any food that has an extensive ingredients list seems to be easy for me to hide crushed Foods Alive flax crackers - especially casseroles!) Who can deny that adding flax to the diet isn't a good thing? Do it any way you can; I say! PS: The plain flax crackers can be crushed and added to cookie batters rather inconspicuously!

We were eager to try the flax oil dressings as a "grown up" healthier alternative for my husband and I to use on salads, sandwiches and such. Of course, we love it, but I was so surprised that my 10-year old daughter can't get enough! She's been asking every night at dinner if she can dip her veggies in Mike's Special. This is Chris and Maggie here, we met you briefly at Health Freedom Expo in Richmond, VA. We are the couple that had just completed the 10 day fast. Well I just wanted to say that after 11 ˝ days without food my first meal back was soup, raw vege’s and your flax crackers.....oh man what a taste sensation!!!!! What a bonus way to start food again. I tried the onion and garlic...yum yum yum and the Mexican yum yum yum!

I was in my local low-carb yesterday looking for snacks to help me make it through Atkins Induction when I came across your product. 'Wow,' I thought, it sure packs a lot of nutrition! I bet it's going to taste like cardboard, just like all the other low-carb crackers out there.Boy was I wrong and wow am I delighted! I can\'t believe they're so tasty while also being so wildly healthful! I bought the Italian flavor, but I will definitely be trying all of the others soon, too! Our 9 year old daughter has had skin problems for years.
