Hemp Oil:
Hemp Oil contains over 90% unsaturated fats including both the Omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids and GLA. This flavorful "nutty" tasting oil can be used as an edible food ingredient, salad dressing or dietary supplement. To maintain the nutritious quality of this oil, do not use as a "frying" oil and keep the heat below 150°C (300°F).
